Colson Kelly, a.k.a as Machine Gun Kelly, has an unique rapping style. Baker was born on April 22 1990, in Houston Texas U.S. into a family of English Scottish and German descent. His parents are missionaries. During his childhood the Bakers traveled extensively together. His father James Colson Baker struggled with depression and unemployment as did his mom Sonia Alane left them when he was nine. Baker's dad moved together with his son to Denver and the family lived at the uncle of his father. Baker experienced bullying from kids in the neighborhood due to of the poverty he had. When he was in sixth grade, he started listening to hip-hop. Colson Baker popularly known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on the 22nd of April, 1990, in Texas the U.S. The songs he composed are known to fuse modern hip-hop and rock with alternative rock. Baker was the author of four mixtapes in 2007 through 2010, before signing to Bad Boy Records. With lyrics that were quicker than a bullet train the Cleveland artist saw an explosive climb to fame in the year. The rapper went from releasing self-released tapes to signing with labels. It was after that, with each of his releases making it to the top 10 charts.
